We are seeking a proactive, Japanese-English bilingual professional to join our team in supporting Japanese expat families with their relocation and housing needs.

This role focuses on the Kansas (KS) market, providing end-to-end housing search assistance and property management.

Candidates must be current residents of Kansas to be eligible for this remote position.

  • Expat Relocation Support: Conduct online consultations with families in Japan, curate property lists, and coordinate/conduct viewings (fieldwork is included in paid hours).
  • Property Management: Manage move-in/move-out logistics, tenant turnovers, and landlord communications.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Assess repair needs for properties in Kentucky (KY) and remotely coordinate with local vendors for estimates and repairs.
  • Administrative Excellence: Update our internal database ("Flow"), manage digital contracts, and improve operational workflows.
  • Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary bridge between Japanese tenants/owners and English-speaking vendors/landlords.

<Working Hours & Flexibility>

We prioritize consistency over "burst" hours.

  • Remote: This is a Remote position with occasional on-site responsibilities. The role requires visiting apartment or housing locations for client showings up to 20% of the time.
  • Compensation: $1,000–$2,000 per month, with hourly rates determined based on experience.
  • Shift: 4 hours per day × 5 days a week (approx. 20 hours/week).
  • Split Shifts: You have the freedom to split your day. (e.g., 2 hours in the morning for US tasks and 2 hours in the evening for calls with Japan).
  • Work from Japan: We allow extended remote work from Japan (during summer/winter holiday seasons)
  • Language: Fluent Japanese and professional English bilingual skills.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Property Management or U.S. Real Estate is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in digital tools (Internal CRM, Email, Zoom), and a self-driven work ethic.
