Barista/All Rounder

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Barista to help run daily operations within our busy food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards as a trained barista and ensuring that the team members are supported during service.

Responsibilities

• Be organised during shifts to ensure efficient service.
• Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
• Manage customer orders, including serving and assisting with enquiries.
• Handle cash register operations, including basic maths for transactions and balancing tills at the end of shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the work environment throughout the shift.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Skills .

• Barista experience is essential, with knowledge of coffee preparation preferred.
• Experience in serving customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure.
