Customer Service Representative

Fast-paced CSR role handling customer issues via chat/email, using AI tools to move quicker, solve problems, and keep customers taken care of.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of tenure at current or previous employer (stability required)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency (email, chat, order systems)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in real time
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Comfort using and learning AI-powered tools to improve speed and accuracy

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions primarily through online chat and email
  • Process order changes and updates
  • Resolve issues such as mis-shipments, lost packages, and order discrepancies
  • Answer product-related questions and guide customers to solutions
  • Leverage AI tools to draft responses, research solutions, and improve response times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions

Role Expectations:

  • Handle multiple conversations simultaneously with accuracy and speed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Take ownership of issues through resolution
  • Use AI tools to increase efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or customer experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
