Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their life insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Kansas Life and Health Insurance License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused: Exceptional ability to understand and address client needs.
Professionalism: Demonstrated professional demeanor and ethical approach in all dealings.
Remote Work Capability: Proficiency in working remotely while maintaining performance and collaboration standards.
