<p><strong>Marketing Manager 2 - 17458 </strong></p><p><strong>Contract Length: 12+ Months</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Plano, TX</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule: Fully onsite</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Top Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Partnerships</li><li>Sponsorship and Activation</li><li>Business Development</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify the right partnerships that align with the brand, specific campaigns and device launches. </li><li>Map specific partners to campaign and launch objectives, audiences and sales</li><li>Establish and execute professional partnership frameworks that bring to life partner, our client’s product, and human truths to create brand and business synergies</li><li>Negotiate & execute commercial terms and contracts to secure partnerships – working with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, compliance and procurement</li><li>Take end-to-end accountability for bringing partnerships to life in marketing – always with a consumer-first mindset. Whilst you’ll be working with other stakeholders, you will be accountable for the ultimate success of your partners</li><li>Track, analyze and report against marketing/partnerships KPIs and metrics, and take corrective action where needed</li><li>Take a consultative role for multiple internal stakeholders – be a source of expertise in partnerships and business development</li><li>Identify synergies between partnerships and our carrier/retail account teams and their specific needs to ensure that carriers/retailers achieve their goals, and we amplify partnerships using their scale and resources</li><li>Work closely with finance to ensure all plans are within budget, and all approvals handled within compliance and guidelines</li><li>Ensure that the x-functional team across the organization is fully aware of which partnerships are alive and in progress. Develop best practice around information sharing and evangelizing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or business management</li><li>8 years+ in partnership marketing, partnerships, sponsorship, activation, business development, account management or channel sales management</li><li>Agency experience (sponsorship, activation and/or media) a plus</li><li>Ability to negotiate contracts with a strong bias for up-holding legal, compliance and financial policies and following proper procedure</li><li>An iterative thinker who can challenge the status quo</li><li>Consummate collaborator committed to communication excellence</li><li>Business development/partnerships/account management experience negotiating complex deals with large, international companies</li><li>Experience working with technology platforms and internet brands</li><li>Existing connections and relationships with the world’s leading media & internet brands</li><li>Ability to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans</li><li>Ability to think quickly and make decisions, sometimes without all the necessary information</li><li>Comfortable presenting at CEO level</li><li>Strong project/program management experience</li></ul><p></p>
