The Castle Rock School District is looking for highly qualified applicants for the position of high school principal.

POSITION SUMMARY: The high school principal is expected to develop, coordinate, and manage the education program at Castle Rock High School and Rocket Virtual Academy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree with an emphasis in educational leadership preferred.
Five (5) years of successful teaching experience in public schools and effective work with school-age students. Preference is given to high school-level experience. Three (3) years of successful building-level administrative experience. high school level Principal preferred. Prior experience coaching and training adult learners is preferred.
Valid Washington State Administrative certificate. Must maintain, as current any certification or license listed herein and held at the hire date.
