Preferred Experience For Warehouse Supervisor <ul><li>1 year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor</li><li>Bilingual- Spanish and English </li></ul>Requirements For Warehouse Supervisor <ul><li> Must be able to lift 75 pounds</li><li> Must not be fearful of heights</li><li> Must be able to certify on Power industrial equipment within 30 days</li><li> Must be utilizing computers for work </li></ul>Benefits For Warehouse Supervisor <ul><li> Medical</li><li> Vision</li><li> Dental</li><li> Disability</li><li> Life Insurance</li><li> 401K with Company Match</li><li> Paid Vacation</li><li> Paid Holidays</li><li> Personal Days Available</li><li> 20% Employee Discount</li><li> Casual Dress Code</li><li> Health Savings Account</li><li> Tuition Reimbursement Options Available </li></ul>Starting salary up to $70,000 Schedule (end Times Are Variable) Tuesday through Thursday: 12pm to 10pm Friday: 8:30am to 6pm Saturday: 8:30am to 6:00pm 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor job duties include but are not limited to: <ul><li> Be familiar with Company/Human Resources Policies and enforce them consistently</li><li> Administer appropriate disciplinary action as needed and give input on performance evaluations</li><li> Monitor hours worked by employees and adhere to allotted hours</li><li> Manage all Second shift employee’s timecards</li><li> Handle all Second Shift employee’s performance reviews</li><li> Communicate the daily summary email</li><li> Supervise safety issues and counsel employees.</li><li> Wear appropriate and required PPE at all times and ensure others are as well</li><li> Supervise employees to ensure productivity</li><li> Ensure that warehouse is clean, neat and well organized to ensure each job can be done efficiently</li><li> Use scanners to place parts in proper bins and pull orders</li><li> Stock parts on racks in proper location</li><li> Pull orders from warehouse stock and distribute parts according to end destination</li><li> Assist in counting and reconciliation of physical inventory</li></ul>
